Well, it’s been sitting on the drive for close to a week, but here is the tour from May 23, 2006.
Although it is time to do another tour, I thought it important to follow along with the progress.

Inspired by missbhavens, I present to you, Tourist in My Own Town – Lakeview Park, Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.
Lakeview Park has a little something for everyone, beach, kids playground, sports and museums. Not busy today, but once summer hits, Lakeview Park buzzes with activities.
Come spend 4:00 minutes enjoying the sights and sounds from the edge of Lake Ontario, just 30 minutes east of Toronto.

I want to start vlogging in public. I’m talking with others on vlogging group (videoblogging@yahoogroups.com) about being nervous leaving the backyard and venturing into public space.
Not satisfied with being nervous about taking the camera into public, I decided to skip that step and move right upto conducting my first interview… with a police officer.

UPDATE! From the website
Over the past few days, people have raised several questions about the website avirginsplea.com. I feel it is both my moral and ethical obligation at this point to spare my friend Geoff from any further personal embarrassment.
The site was a viral marketing experiment that got far too out of hand. Geoff was nothing more than a name and a photo – the story and website were created by me and all media interviews were performed by myself.
I apologize to the people of Toronto and everyone from around the world who saw our site. We did not expect this idea to go so far, and the real connections so many of the visitors to the site made to “Geoff’s” story has made this experience especially difficult.
