Festival of Lights

Tourist in My Own Town: Tyrone’s Festival of lightsIt’s the 8th annual event for a group of farmers from Tyrone, Hampton, Enniskillen and Enfield. Held the first Wednesday in the Month of December.
The parade begins at about 5:30 p.m. at Old Scugog Road and the 9th Concession, running south to Potter’s Lane, then jogging back slightly north to the 8th Concession. It then goes past Haydon and down Middle Road, turning east on the 7th Concession, winding up in Tyrone around 7:30 p.m.
