Christie advises that CCAC is hiring in a variety of positions right, and it appears to be a very dynamic place based on her experiences there so far.

Regarding job experiences, I can relate in some regards - my job will never go beyond my current level. That said, I'm lucky that due to the nature of it, there is a great deal of variety that keeps it dynamic despite the fact that it's still the same old thing underneath a new facade every day.

I also have the ability to switch jobs every year to further change things.

That said, in the overall scheme of things though, I know that there's virtually no chance of me ever moving into a management or supervisory position, and I also find a great deal of frustration like yourself in my overall lack of ability to offer anything meaningful in regards to direction or suggestion to the company - they simply discount most of us.

I'm lucky enough in that I remain mostly satisfied despite all of the downsides, and the financial and job-quality aspects outweigh the negatives - at least at my current company.

I've been coming home completely drained from the stress at work that I don't feel like doing anything. Geez, one vlog in a week. That sucks!
