I worked this past weekend and was off Monday in lieu. So I gave myself a small to-do list.

This is the third Lumiere of the melting winter. It seems like forever ago as it once again has got colder and more snow added.
Lumiere Rules:

To make Mike’s Favourite sandwich you require the following ingredients:
2 slices of Multigrain bread
Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 slices of processed cheese
margarine or butter
Lightly spread a small amount of butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Follow that up with a much thicker spread of the peanut butter.
The cheese slices are then added slowly, making sure to cover to the edge.
Cut the sandwich in half and complete with a handful of potato chips.
