Hi Mike,
we are currently doing a school project on Consumers Distributing, and trying to come up recommendations on what CD could have done differently. Because none of us have actually been to a store, it creates quite a barrier in understanding the operation. We stumbled upon your blog and was wondering if you would help us with a couple questions.
First, we are trying to picture the store layouts -- what it looked like and was it consistent across all locations?
Secondly, we were wondering was there any sort of service training program provided for the staff, and was “good customer service” stressed?
