Canadian Idol Auditions

Tryouts for Canadian Idol rolled into Oshawa. 1,000s of kids overtake the mall with visions of stardom.
Initially I was stopped from video taping, but once I told him I had a vlog, they gave me full media access. I cheked the Official Canadian Idol site and they encourage bloggers to get involved and even have a contest that bloggers can win prizes.

Good Ole Hockey Game

My sister called me at 7:05 to ask if we wanted a couple tickets to the Oshawa Generals hockey game that was just starting. 25 minutes later we’re sitting at the game.

Lakeview Park has a little something for everyone, beach, kids playground, sports and museums. Not busy today, but once summer hits, Lakeview Park buzzes with activities.

Come spend 4:00 minutes enjoying the sights and sounds from the edge of Lake Ontario, just 30 minutes east of Toronto.
